Teave Atlantis SE häälte koguarvu vähenemise ja kaudse vähenemise kohta.

Teade

Atlantis SE juhatus, mille peakontor asub Tallinnas, Harju maakonnas, aadressil Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, Eesti, teatab, et 24.06.2025 sai ettevõte teate häälte koguarvu vähenemise kohta.
Üks teate ettevõtte aktsionärilt Patro Invest OÜ-lt (registrikood 14381342), kes on Atlantis SE otsene aktsionär, Atlantis SE häälte koguarvu vähenemise kohta. Teine teade Atlantis SE häälte koguarvu kaudse vähenemise kohta.

Teated esitati vastavalt väärtpaberituru seaduse §-s 185 sätestatud kohustusele.

Teade

The Management Board of Atlantis  SE headquartered in Tallinn, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, Estonia informs that on 24/06/2025 the Company received notificationions an reduction in the total number of votes . 
One from the shareholder of the company Patro Invest OÜ ( Ariregister code 14381342), that is a direct shareholder of Atlantis SE, a notification on decrease of contribution in the total number of votes in Atlantis SE. Second notification an indirect reduction in the total number of votes in  in Atlantis SE.
The notifications was submitted pursuant to obligation prescribed in § 185 of the Estonian Securities Market Act.
