Üks teate ettevõtte aktsionärilt Patro Invest OÜ-lt (registrikood 14381342), kes on Atlantis SE otsene aktsionär, Atlantis SE häälte koguarvu vähenemise kohta. Teine teade Atlantis SE häälte koguarvu kaudse vähenemise kohta. Teated esitati vastavalt väärtpaberituru seaduse §-s 185 sätestatud kohustusele. Teadete sisu on lisatud käesolevale teadaandele.

One from the shareholder of the company Patro Invest OÜ ( Ariregister code 14381342), that is a direct shareholder of Atlantis SE, a notification on decrease of contribution in the total number of votes in Atlantis SE. Second notification an indirect reduction in the total number of votes in in Atlantis SE. The notifications was submitted pursuant to obligation prescribed in § 185 of the Estonian Securities Market Act. The content of the notifications is attached to this announcement.
