ING Luxembourg S.A teavitas AS-i Tallink Grupp osaluste olulistest muutustest. Alates 26. veebruarist 2024 omab ING Luxembourg S.A 36 962 260 aktsiat, mis esindab 4.9689% AS Tallink Grupp hääleõiguslikest aktsiatest. Enne osaluse olulist muutust omas ING Luxembourg S.A 37 247 260 aktsiat, mis esindas 5,0093% AS Tallink Grupp hääleõiguslikest aktsiatest. Change in substantial shareholding ING Luxembourg S.A has notified AS Tallink Grupp of substantial changes in shareholdings.
