Alates 26. veebruarist 2024 omab ING Luxembourg S.A 36 962 260 aktsiat, mis esindab 4.9689% AS Tallink Grupp hääleõiguslikest aktsiatest. Enne osaluse olulist muutust omas ING Luxembourg S.A 37 247 260 aktsiat, mis esindas 5,0093% AS Tallink Grupp hääleõiguslikest aktsiatest.
