Arco Vara AS 100% tütarettevõte Arco Ehitus OÜ koos ühispakkujaga Nordecon Infra AS-ga sõlmisid ehituslepingu AS-ga Maardu Vesi ja OÜ-ga Loo Vesi. Nordecon Infra AS on lepingu juhtivpartner. Ehituslepingu kohaselt teostatakse Tallinn-Muuga vee ja kanalisatsiooni ühendustorustike ning -rajatiste ehitustöid Maardu linnas ja Jõelähtme vallas, Iru ja Uusküla külas. Ehitustööde käigus rajatakse ja rekonstrueeritakse torustikke ligikaudu 25 kilomeetri ulatuses, ehitatakse üks uus hoonega reoveepumpla ja rekonstrueeritakse üks ning ehitatakse teine uus vee survetõstepumpla. Ehitustööde maksumus kokku koos tellijapoolse reserviga on 110,2 miljonit krooni (7 miljonit eurot), millele lisandub käibemaks. Tööde maksumuse jagunemine lepingupartnerite vahel lepitakse kokku täpsemalt tööde teostamise käigus, kuid hinnanguliselt jaguneb see võrdselt. Ehitustööde teostamine toimub 12 kuu vältel alates lepingu sõlmimisest. Arco Vara on Baltimaade üks juhtivaid kinnisvaraarenduse ettevõtteid, asutatud 1992. aastal. Ettevõtte põhitegevuseks on kinnisvaraarendus, mida toetavad enda kinnisvaravahendus ja hindamine, ehitus ning kinnisvarahaldus. Firmal on esindused 17 linnas Eestis, Lätis, Ukrainas ja Bulgaarias. Arco Ehitus OÜ a 100% subsidiary of Arco Vara with joint partner Nordecon Infra AS signed a construction contract with AS Maardu Vesi and OÜ Loo Vesi. Nordecon Infra AS is the leading partner of contract. The contract is for the construction of water and sewage network that is connecting Tallinn with Muuga (town East of Tallinn) and other infrastructure works in Muuga and Jõelähtme borough (Iru and Uusküla villages). The works include building and renovating pipelines in within approximately 25 kilometers and building of a new waste water pump with premises. One existing pressure control pump facility will be renovated and one new facility built additionally. The value of the contract, including the buyer's reserves, is 110.2 million kroons (7 million euros) excluding VAT. The distribution of contract revenues between partners will be agreed upon as works progress, but according to estimates is divided equally. The realization period for the works is 12 months starting from the signing of the contract. Founded in 1992 Arco Vara is one of the leading property developers in the Baltic States.
