Päikeseenergia arendusprojektide omandamine

21. septembril 2022 allkirjastas Enefit Green AS ostu-müügitehingu 100% osaluse omandamiseks Rääbiste Põllud OÜ-s, millele kuuluvad Pärnu maakonnas kaks varajases staadiumis päikeseenergia arendusprojekti planeeritava koguvõimsusega kuni 165 MW. Antud projektid saavad osaks Enefit Greeni pikaajalisest arenduste portfellist eesmärgiga jõuda lõpliku investeerimisotsuseni eeldatavasti 2024. aastal. Tehing ei ole börsireglemendi mõistes käsitletav tehinguna seotud isikuga ning Enefit Greeni nõukogu ja juhatuse liikmed ei ole tehingust isiklikult huvitatud. Ettevõttele kuuluvad tuulepargid Eestis ja Leedus, koostootmisjaamad Eestis ja Lätis, päikesepargid Eestis ja Poolas, pelletitehas Lätis ning hüdroelektrijaam Eestis. Lisaks arendab ettevõte mitmeid tuule- ning päikeseparke ülalnimetatud riikides ja Soomes. 2021. aasta lõpu seisuga oli ettevõtte installeeritud elektritootmise koguvõimsus 457 MW ning soojusenergia tootmise koguvõimsus 81 MW. 2021. majandusaasta jooksul tootis ettevõte 1193 GWh elektrienergiat ja 618 GWh soojusenergiat.

Acquisition of solar development projects

On 21 September 21 2022, Enefit Green AS signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Rääbiste Põllud OÜ, which owns two early-stage solar development projects in Pärnu County (Estonia) with a planned total capacity of up to 165 MW. These projects will become part of Enefit Green's long-term development portfolio with the aim to reach final investment decision in 2024. The Company wind farms in Estonia and Lithuania, cogeneration plants in Estonia and Latvia, solar farms in Estonia and Poland, a pellet plant in Latvia and a hydroelectric plant in Estonia.
