AS Trigon Property Development dividendimakse ex-päev

AS Trigon Property Development (registrikood 10106774, väärtpaberi lühinimi TPD1T, ISIN kood EE3100003443; edaspidi ?Aktsiaselts") fikseerib aktsionäride nimekirja dividendide maksmiseks (vastavalt 1. juuni 2022. a üldkoosoleku otsustele, mille osas on täpsem informatsioon leitav 1. juuni 2022. a börsi (https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=b6901bbc30c33c9e9d6a0241f10226da5&lang= et)teatest (https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=b6901bbc30c33c9e9d6a0241f10226da5&lang= et)), 16. juunil 2022. a, Nasdaq CSD arveldussüsteemi tööpäeva lõpu seisuga. Ülaltoodust lähtudes on Aktsiaseltsi aktsiatega seotud õiguste muutumise päev (ex-päev) 15. juuni 2022. a. Alates sellest kuupäevast ei ole aktsiad omandanud isik õigustatud saama dividende 2021. aasta majandusaasta eest. AS Trigon Property Development maksab dividendi 0,13 eurot ühe aktsia kohta 22. juunil 2022. Dividend payment ex-date of AS Trigon Property Development

AS Trigon Property Development (registry code: 10106774, trading code TPD1T, ISIN code EE3100003443; hereinafter the "Company") will fix the list of shareholders for dividend payment in accordance with the resolutions of the general meeting of shareholders held on 1 June 2022, regarding which information can be found in the company announcment (https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=b6901bbc30c33c9e9d6a0241f10226da5&lang= en) from 1 June 2022) at the end of the working day of the Nasdaq CSD Estonian settlement system on 16 June 2022. In relation to the above, the ex-date for the change of the rights related with the shares of the Company is 15 June 2022. From that date onwards, the person acquiring the shares is not entitled to receive dividends for the financial year 2021. AS Trigon Property Development will pay dividend 0.13 Euros per share on 22 June 2022.
