Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association.

The Management Board of FON SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 3/06/2022, the Commercial Companies Register (Ariregister), competent for Estonian law, registered the amendments to the Company's Articles of Association resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 24/05/2022.

In connection with the above, the current wording of point 2.4 of the Company's Articles of Association is as follows:

"2.4.The minimum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 1 875 000 (one million eight hundred seventy-five thousand) shares and the maximum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 7 500 000 (seven million five hundred thousand) shares."

The current number of shares issued by the Issuer is 1 875 000.

Attached to this report, the Issuer provides the current wording of the Articles of Association in the English and Estonian language versions.
