Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Ülemiste City hariduskompleks)
Teade
Nordecon AS koos tütarettevõttega Embach Ehitus OÜ ühispakkujatena ja Mainor Ülemiste AS sõlmisid lepingu Ülemiste City hariduskompleksi projekteerimis- ja ehitustööde teostamiseks. Ehitustööd algavad peale projekteerimistööde lõppu 2022. aasta novembris ning lõpevad 2024. aasta augustis. Lepingu maksumus täpsustub projekteerimistööde käigus ning on hinnanguliselt 16 miljonit eurot ilma käibemaksuta. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Soomes, Ukrainas ja Rootsis. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2021. aasta auditeerimata konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 289 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd 685 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud Nasdaq Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas. Construction contract (Ülemiste City education complex)

Nordecon AS and its subsidiary Embach Ehitus OÜ as joint bidders and Mainor Ülemiste AS have signed a contract for the performance of design and construction works of Ülemiste City education complex. Construction work will commence in November 2022 after completion of the design work and will end in August 2024. The value of the contract will be specified during the design work and is estimated at 16 million euros excluding VAT.
