The Management Board of Investment Friends SE headquartered in Tallinn, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, Estonia informs that on 09/01/2022 the Company received the company PATRO INVEST OÜ - Ariregister code -,14381342 a notification on direct of reduction of ownership of Investment Friends SE. The notification was submitted pursuant to obligation prescribed in § 185 of the Estonian Securities Market Act.
