Change of the date of submitting the audited annual report for 2020.

The Management Board of RESBUD SE (registration code:14617750), with its registered office in Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Järvevana tee 9-40, 11314 Estonia informs, that audit of 2020 annual report will be completed on 15 July 2021. From the information provided by the company's auditor, it appears, that the second auditor will review the annual financial statement within the above mentioned term, which is necessary to complete the entire process.

In addition, the reason for extending the term of publishing audited report is the need to provide documents designated by the auditor concerning subsidiaries. Subsidiaries are located in different countries (including countries outside the European Union), it takes longer than originally envisaged to translate and transmit this documents.

This information updates current report number 13/2021 of May 17, 2021 and 14/2021 of May 31, 2021.
