Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Mažeikiai Wind Farm tuulikute vundamendid)

Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluv ettevõte NOBE (ärinimi Nordecon Betoon OÜ) ja Nordex Lithuania GmbH sõlmisid lepingu Leetu Mazheikiai linna lähedusse rajatava Mazheikiai Wind Farmi tuulepargi 14 tuuliku vundamentide ehituseks. Leping hõlmab endas nii pinnase-, vaia- kui ka betoonitöid. Tuulepark on koguvõimsusega 63 MW. NOBE tellija Nordex Lithuania GmbH on juhtiva tuulegeneraatorite tootja Nordex Groupi tütarettevõte. NOBE lepingu maksumus on ligi 6 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks, ja ehitustööd kestavad kuni 2022. aasta jaanuarikuuni. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Rootsis, Soomes ja Ukrainas. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2020. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 296 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd 675 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud Nasdaq Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas. Construction contract (Mažeikiai Wind Farm turbine basement works)

NOBE (corporate name Nordecon Betoon OÜ), a Nordecon Group company entered into a contract with Nordex Lithuania GmbH for the construction of basements for 14 turbines in Mazheikiai Wind Farm to be installed in Lithuania close to the city Mazheikiai. The agreement includes both concrete and anchoring as well as ground works. The windfarm will have a total installed capacity of 63 MW. Nordex Lithuania GmbH, the contractor of NOBE is a subsidiary of the Nordex Group, a leading manufacturer of wind turbines. The value of the NOBE contract is close to 6 million euros plus value added tax and the construction works will be completed in January 2022.
