Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Kemi tselluloositehase betoonitööd)
Teade
Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluv ettevõte NOBE Rakennus OY sõlmis lepingu Metsä Fibre OY-ga Kemi tselluloositehase betoonkonstruktsioonide ehitamiseks Põhja- Soomes. Tööde käigus rajatakse tehase sektsiooni CW-B02 seadmete vundamendid ja alusplaadid betoonimahuga 12 500 m3, samuti teostatakse seotud pinnasetööd koos vajalike trasside ehitusega. Lepingu maksumus on 6,8 miljonit eurot, hinnale lisandub käibemaks. Tööd valmivad 2022. aasta juulis. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Rootsis, Soomes ja Ukrainas. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2020. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 296 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd 675 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud Nasdaq Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas. Construction contract (Concrete works of Kemi bioproduct mill)

NOBE Rakennus OY, a Nordecon Group company entered into a contract with Metsä Fibre OY for the construction of concrete structures of the Kemi bioproduct mill in Northern Finland. During the works, the foundations and ground plates involving 12,500 cubic meters of concrete for the equipment of the mill section CW-B02 will be built, as well as related ground and pipeline works will be performed. The value of the contract is 6.8 million euros plus value added tax. The works will be completed in July 2022.
