Harju Elekter sõlmis lepingu AS-iga Ehitusfirma Rand ja Tuulberg Laohotell 3 ehituseks
Teade
AS Harju Elekter sõlmis 22. aprillil AS Ehitusfirma Rand ja Tuulbergiga ehituslepingu Laohotell 3 ehitamiseks Allika tööstusparki. Lepingu järgi on ehituse maksumus 2,1 miljonit eurot. Laohotell 3, Harju Elektri kolmas tootmis- ja laoruumide kompleks Allika tööstuspargis, Tallinna piiril Paldiski mnt ääres, valmib 2022. aasta maiks. Eelnevalt on laohotelli projektid olnud Harju Elektri jaoks edukad. Laohotell 1 valmis 2018. aasta alguses. Laohotell 2 ehitus valmis eelmise aasta lõpus ja täideti rentnikega täies mahus. Tööstusliku kinnisvara arendamine ja haldamine on üks kolmest Harju Elekter kontserni põhilisest tegevusvaldkonnast, millega tegeletakse Eestis, Soomes ja Leedus. Harju Elekter on enam kui 50-aastase kogemusega rahvusvaheline tööstuskontsern, mille põhitegevusalaks on elektri- ja automaatikaseadmete väljatöötamine ja tootmine. Üha märkimisväärsem osa Harju Elektri tehnilistest lahendustest on suunatud taastuvenergia sektorisse, pakkudes päikeseenergia jaamade, elektriautode laadimisseadmete ja muude seotud lahenduste tervikpakette. Eesti, Soome, Rootsi ja Leedu tehastes töötab ligikaudu 800 spetsialisti ning Kontserni 2020. a. müügitulud olid 146,6 miljonit eurot. Harju Elektri aktsiad on noteeritud Nasdaq Tallinna Börsil. Harju Elekter entered into a contract with AS Ehitusfirma Rand ja Tuulberg for the construction of Laohotell 3

On 22 April, AS Harju Elekter entered into a construction contract with AS Ehitusfirma Rand ja Tuulberg for the construction of Laohotell 3 in the Allika Industrial Park. Pursuant to the contract, the cost of construction is 2.1 million euros. Laohotell 3, the third complex of production and warehouse buildings in the Allika Industrial Park next to Paldiski mnt on the border of Tallinn will be completed by May 2022. Previously, the Laohotell projects have been successful for Harju Elekter. Laohotell 1 was completed in the beginning of 2018. Laohotell 2 was completed at the end of last year and was filled with tenants in full extent. Development and management of industrial real estate is one of three main areas of activity of Harju Elekter and it is engaged in this in Estonia, Finland and Lithuania. Harju Elekter is an international industrial group with more than 50 years of experience, with its main activity being the development and production of electrical and automation solutions. An increasingly significant portion of Harju Elekter’s technical solutions are aimed at the renewable energy sector, thus offering complete plans for solar power plants, electric vehicle charging stations and other related solutions. Its factories in Estonia, Finland, Sweden, and Lithuania employ approximately 800 specialists, and the Group’s sales revenue for 2020 was EUR 146.6 million.
