Split of shares (split 1: 5) - convening the EGM of FON SE - correction of the time of the EGM

The Management Board of FON SE, in reference to the current report No. 6/2021 published on February 16, 2021, informs about an error regarding the time of holding this Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of FON SE, during which a resolution to split shares (split) in the ratio 1: 5 will be processed. The correct time for the EGM of FON SE on 10/03/2021 is 11:00 (registration starts at 10:30), not 12:00 as incorrectly stated.
