Correction of information on the protocol of AGM of 12/01/2021
Teade
The Management Board of FON SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that the protocol of AGM of January 12, 2021 contained an incorrect number of shares participating in the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in the amount of 8 325 750 instead of 9 750 750. The corrected minutes of the AGM of FON SE are attached.
