Teade

The Management Board of Investment Friends SE headquartered in Tallinn, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, Estonia informs the Company received from its shareholder, i.e. the company Patro Invest OÜ – Ariregister code – 14381342, a notification on direct increase of shareholding of Investment Friends SE. The notification was submitted pursuant to obligation prescribed in § 185 of the Estonian Securities Market Act.
