Nordic Fibreboard AS aktsiakapitali vähendatakse 2 249 530,5 euro võrra, aktsiakapitali uueks suuruseks pärast aktsiakapitali vähendamist ja aktsiate nominaalväärtuse muutmist on 449 906,1 eurot, mis jaguneb 4 499 061 aktsiaks nominaalväärtusega 0,10 eurot aktsia.
