Resolution on distribution of dividends of City Service SE

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of City Service SE Societas Europaea, corporate ID code: 12827710, registered address: Narva mnt 5, Tallinn, Harju county, 10117, the Republic of Estonia, held on 26 June 2020 decided to distribute the 2019 profit of City Service SE by paying dividends to the shareholders of City Service SE as follows:

1. The amount of profit allocated to dividend payment EUR 2,971,340.
2. The number of shares participating in dividend 31,610,000.
3. The amount of dividend per share EUR 0,094.
4. Dividend Record Date 30 June 2020, 23:59.
5. Dividend Payment Date Not later than 29 July 2020.
6. Ex-dividend Date 29 June 2020.
