Early repayment of a part of the loan’s principal by the Borrower

The Management Board of Investment Friends SE headquartered in Tallinn, address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, Estonia, entered into Estonian commercial register Ariregister under number 14617862, with regard to the current report of December 12, 2019 informs that the Borrower Elkop SE headquartered in Płock (KRS number 0000782225) made today an early repayment of a part of the principal of the loan borrowed by FON Zarządzanie Nieruchomościami Sp. z o. o. from Investment Friends SE, which has been taken over by ELKOP SE on June 29, 2019. The amount of repaid on 13/05/2020 principal is PLN 1.560.253,69 (one milion five hundred sixty thousand two hundred fifty-three zlotys 69/100).

The debt balance due to described loan as at June 27, 2019 was PLN 6.736.416,63 (six milion seven hundred thirty-six thousand four hundred sixteen zlotys 63/100). The Loan Agreement of 24/04/2018 was concluded for the period till 24/04/2021.
