The Management Board of RESBUD SE seated in Tallinn according to the report 10/2020 of 6 March 2020, provides preliminary financial estimates for 2019 as an annex to this report. Preliminary estimates have been provided to the best of the Management Board's knowledge at the date of their publishing, but are subject to change. The Company is currently preparing its 2019 annual accounts, which will include final financial data. The preliminary financial estimates annexed to this report have not yet been examined by the auditor. In the event of significant changes to the submitted data, even before the official publication of the 2019 annual report, the issuer will update the data published on 9 March 2020.
