Termination of the contract with the auditor.

The Management Board of RESBUD SE seated in Tallinn informs, that on 2 march  2020 the agreement with the auditor Lahendused Pluss KV OÜ concerning the audit of the annual report for 2019 was terminated. The contract was terminated by the auditor for reasons solely on his part and not dependent from issuer.   

Management Board of Resbud SE will immediately convened the Extraordinary General Meeting to elect a new auditor for conduct an audit of the 2019 annual report.
