Change of the ownership of the Issuer's shares.

Teade

The Management Board of INVESTMENT FRIENDS CAPITAL SE based in Tallinn informs that in fulfilling the obligation specified in § 185 Estonian Securities Market Act the Company received on 03.02.2020 the notifications from Patro Invest OÜ regarding a direct change in the ownership of the Issuer's shares and from Mr. Damian Patrowicz regarding an indirect change in the ownership of INVESTMENT FRIENDS CAPITAL SE shares.

Pursuant to the law of the Republic of Estonia, notifications made under MAR regulations are not published by the Issuer only by Finantsinspektsioon (equivalent to the KNF in Estonia) on the website: http://oam.fi.ee/et/transaction-list
