The Management Board of FON SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 29/01/2020 it became aware of the issue of a Statement by the National Depository of Securities No. 60/2020 of 29/01/2020 regarding the amendment to the Statement No. 1133/2019 of 13/12/2019 as a result of the exchange of shares of the Issuer in such a way that currently the agreement for registration of securities covers 7.124.250 shares of the Issuer with the ISIN code: EE3100005166.
