The Management Board of FON SE based in Tallinn informs that on 27/01/2020 it became aware of the establishment of a registered pledge by Nasdaq CSD on 27/01/2020 between Patro Invest OÜ with its registered office in Tallinn and Damar Patro UÜ with its registered office in Tallinn.

Patro Invest OÜ, as the pledgor established a registered pledge for Damar Patro UÜ at 9 750 750 (nine million seven hundred fifty thousand seven hundred fifty) materialized ordinary registered shares not admitted to public trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange marked with the code EE3100005166 without nominal value owned by Patro Invest OÜ in the number 9 750 750 - "Registered pledge".

During the term of this registered pledge 9 750 750 shares with the ISIN code EE3100005166 have limited transferability and cannot be publicly traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
