Resumption of trading in the Company's shares after the split.

According to the message of the Warsaw Stock Exchange dated 20/01/2020 and Resolution No. 36/2020 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange of 16/01/2020 the Management Board of FON SE informs that as a result of the completion of the split operation since 21/01/2020 trading in FON SE shares will resume, listed under the abbreviated name "FON" and the code "FON"

After resuming trading 35 625 000 FON SE shares will be listed under the new ISIN code - EE3100005166. The Issuer also informs that as a result of the split operation, the share capital of FON SE has not changed.
