Submission of an application for suspension of listing of the Company's shares as a result of the Company's shares split procedure.

The Management Board of FON SE informs that today the Company has filed with the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. application for suspension of trading all Company shares for the period from 16/01/2020 to 20/01/2020 (inclusive) as a result of the 1: 6 split shares procedure of the Company (one existing share with ISIN code: EE3100145939 will be exchanged for six new shares with a new ISIN code: EE3100005166) to settle account balances.

Accordingly, after the exchange of shares under the ISIN code: EE3100005166 there will be registered 52.500.000 shares.
