Changes in Company’s Management Board

The Supervisory Board of City Service SE (hereinafter - the Company) adopted resolution to remove Edvinas Paulauskas from the Management Board of the Company. As of 16th of December 2019, Management board member Dalius Šimaitis will be responsible for Group activities in Poland and Spain, also for technical operations and supply chain management, standardization policy within the Group in all jurisdictions.
From 16th of December 2019 the Company’s Management Board shall consist of 6 (six) members Artūras Gudelis, Vytautas Turonis, Tomas Kleiva, Dalius Šimaitis, Algė Jablonskienė and Aivaras Šimkus. Each member shall act and represent the Company individually within the competence prescribed to him/her.
