Teade

Resbud SE registrijärgne asukoht, Tallinn, Eesti juhatus teatab, et 23. detsembril 1919 sai ettevõte teate MAR-i määruse paragrahvi 19 lõike 19 kohaselt tihedalt seotud isiku tehtud tehingute kohta. Emitent esitab saadud teatise täieliku sisu aruande lisas.

Notification of transaction received under Article 19 point 1 of the MAR

Teade

The Management Board of Resbud SE registered office in Tallinn, Estonia hereby informs that on 23.12.019 the Company received the notification regarding transactions concluded by a person closely related pursuant to section 19 subsection 1 of the MAR Regulation. The Issuer shall provide the full content of the notification received in the attachment  to this report.
