The Management Board of Resbud SE, seated in Tallinn, informs that it has been informed today, about the opening of the company’s branch in Poland. An application for the opening of the branch was filed by the issuer's Management Board. The Resbud SE branch was entered in the Polish commercial register (Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy) under the Polish registration number 0000813367. The address of the branch is: st. Zielna 20, 32-085 Modlniczka (next to Cracow).
