Kontserni tütarettevõtte juhatuse esimehe volituste lõppemine (AS Merko Ehitus Eesti)
Teade
AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva AS Merko Ehitus Eesti juhatuse esimees Keit Paal on teavitanud ettevõtte nõukogu oma soovist mitte jätkata juhatuse esimehe positsioonil peale oma teenistuslepingu lõppemist 14. novembril 2019. Keit Paal jätkab juhatuse esimehena oma ametiaja lõpuni või kuni uue juhi tööle asumiseni. Keit Paal asus AS Merko Ehitus Eesti juhatuse esimehe ametikohale 2016. aastal ja on töötanud Merko kontsernis erinevatel positsioonidel alates 2002. aastast. AS Merko Ehitus Eesti nõukogu tänab Keit Paali panuse eest ettevõtte arendamisse. Uue juhatuse esimehe otsing on alanud. Andres Trink AS Merko Ehitus Juhatuse esimees AS Merko Ehitus (group.merko.ee) (https://group.merko.ee) kontserni kuuluvad Eesti juhtiv ehitusettevõte AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, Läti turule keskendunud SIA Merks, Leedu turul tegutsev UAB Merko Statyba ning Norra ehitusettevõte Peritus Entreprenør AS. Peatöövõtjana ehitusteenuse osutamise kõrval on kontserni teiseks oluliseks tegevusvaldkonnaks korteriarendus. 2018. aasta lõpu seisuga andis kontsern tööd 764 inimesele ning ettevõtte 2018. aasta müügitulu oli 418 miljonit eurot.

Ending of the powers of the Chairman of the Management Board of a group’s subsidiary entity (AS Merko Ehitus Eesti)

Keit Paal, Chairman of the Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has informed the Supervisory Board of the company about his decision not to continue at his position after the end of his contract on 14 November 2019. Keit Paal will continue as Chairman of the Management Board until the end of his contract or until the new Chairman takes office. Keit Paal started as the Chairman of the Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti in 2016 and he has worked in different positions in Merko group since 2002. The Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti is grateful to Keit Paal´s contribution in company´s development. The Supervisory Board has started search for a new Chairman of the Management Board. Andres Trink AS Merko Ehitus Chairman of the Management Board AS Merko Ehitus (group.merko.ee (https://group.merko.ee/en/)) group consists of Estonia's leading construction company AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, the Latvian- market-oriented SIA Merks, UAB Merko Statyba operating on the Lithuanian market, and the Norwegian construction company Peritus Entreprenør AS. Besides provision of construction service as a main contractor, the group's other major area of activity is apartment development. As at the end of 2018, the group employed 764 people, and the group's revenue for 2018 was EUR 418 million.
