AS-i Tallink Grupp aktsiakapitali vähendamise registreerimine ja väljamaksed

2. septembril 2019 kanti äriregistrisse AS-i Tallink Grupp aktsiakapitali vähendamine vastavalt 23. mail 2019 toimunud aktsionäride korralise üldkoosoleku otsustele. Aktsiakapitali vähendati aktsiate arvestusliku väärtuse vähendamise teel 0,07 euro võrra aktsia kohta, mille tulemusena vähenes ühe aktsia arvestuslik väärtus 0,54 eurolt 0,47 euroni, kusjuures aktsiate kogu arv jäi endiseks (so. 669 882 040 aktsiat) ning aktsiate arvestuslik väärtus vähenes võrdeliselt aktsiakapitali vähendamisega. Tulenevalt eelnevast vähenes aktsiaseltsi aktsiakapital 361 736 301,60 eurolt 46 891 742,80 euro võrra ja uueks aktsiakapitaliks on 314 844 558,80 eurot. Aktsiakapitali vähendamine summas 46 891 742,80 eurot (0,07 eurot aktsia kohta) makstakse aktsionäridele välja alates 3. detsembrist 2019 kuni 5. detsembrini 2019. Aktsiate arvestusliku väärtuste vähendamisest tulenevate väljamaksete saamiseks õigustatud aktsionäride nimekiri fikseeriti 20. juunil 2019 arveldussüsteemi tööpäeva lõpu seisuga. AS Tallink Grupp share capital reduction registration and disbursements

On 2 September 2019, the share capital reduction of AS Tallink Grupp was registered in Commercial Register according to the resolutions adopted by the annual general meeting of shareholders on 23 May 2019. The share capital was reduced by the reduction of the book value of the shares by 0.07 euros per share, as a result of which the book value of one share was reduced from 0.54 euros to 0.47 euros, whereas the total number of the shares remained the same (i.e. 669,882,040 shares) and the book value of shares was reduced proportionately to the reduction of the share capital. Based on the foregoing, the share capital of the public limited company decreased from 361,736,301.60 euros by 46,891,742.80 euros, and the new share capital is 314,844,558.80 euros. The share capital reduction payments to the shareholders in total amount of EUR 46,891,742.80 (EUR 0.07 per share) will be made from 3 December 2019 until 5 December 2019. The list of shareholders entitled to receive the payments arising from the reduction of the book value of the shares has been fixed as at 20 June 2019 at the end of the working day of the settlement system.
