City Service unaudited consolidated results for the six months of 2019

City Service announces its unaudited Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the six months of 2019, prepared according to International Financial Reporting Standards.
Consolidated revenue of City Service for the six months of 2019 was EUR 88.1 million, an increase by 8.9% over EUR 80.9 million for the six months of 2018.
Net profit for the period amounted to EUR 1.8 million, a 36% decrease over EUR 2.8 million net profit from a year ago. EBITDA for the six months of 2019 was EUR 6.6 million. It did not change comparing to first half of 2018. There was a positive effect to EBITDA result for the six months of 2019 from adoption of IFRS 16 which resulted in EBITDA increase by EUR 1.1 million comparing with the result for the six months of 2018.
