Aktsiakapitali vähendamise registreerimine äriregistris ja aktsia nimiväärtuse muutmine

22. mai 2019 kanti äriregistrisse AS Baltika aktsiakapitali vähendamine ja 27. mai 2019 muudeti AS Baltika aktsia nimiväärtus Eesti Väärtpaberikeskuses 12. aprill 2019 toimunud aktsionäride üldkoosoleku otsuse alusel. Aktsionäride üldkoosoleku otsuse kohaselt otsustati vähendada AS Baltika aktsiakapitali 3 671 536 euro võrra 4 079 485 eurolt 407 949 euroni. Aktsiakapitali vähendatakse aktsiate nimiväärtuse vähendamisega 0,90 euro võrra iga aktsia kohta. Aktsiakapitali vähendamise tulemusena on AS Baltika aktsiakapitali suurus 407 949 eurot, mis jaguneb 4 079 485 aktsiaks nimiväärtusega 0,10 eurot aktsia. Registration of share capital reduction in the Commercial Register and the change of the share nominal value

On 22 May 2019 the decrease of the share capital of AS Baltika was registered in the Commercial Register and on 27 May 2019 the nominal value of AS Baltika share was changed at the Estonian Central Securities Depository based on the resolution adopted by the general meeting of shareholders held on 12 April 2019. Pursuant to the resolution of the general meeting of shareholders the share capital of AS Baltika will be decreased by 3,671,536 euros from 4,079,485 euros to 407,949 euros. The share capital will be decreased by reducing the nominal value of the shares by 0.9 euro. As a result of the decrease of the share capital, the share capital of AS Baltika will be 407,949 euros that is divided into 4,079,485 shares with nominal value of 0.10 euro by share.
