AS Baltika aktsiakapitali vähendamise ex-päev
Teade
AS Baltika (väärtpaberi lühinimi BLT1T, ISIN kood EE3100145616 ) fikseerib aktsionäride nimekirja aktsiakapitali vähendamiseks (https://cns.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=884745&me ssageId=1113615)24.05.2019 arveldussüsteemi tööpäeva lõpu seisuga. Ülaltoodust lähtudes on väärtpaberitega seotud õiguste muutumise päev (ex-päev) 23.05.2019. AS Baltika aktsiate nominaalväärtus muudetakse 1 eurolt 0,1 eurole. AS Baltika aktsiakapitali vähendatakse 3 671 536 euro võrra, aktsiakapitali uueks suuruseks pärast aktsiakapitali vähendamist ja aktsiate nominaalväärtuse muutmist on 407 949 eurot, mis jaguneb 4 079 485 aktsiaks nominaalväärtusega 0,10 eurot aktsia. Ex-date for the decrease of the share capital of AS Baltika
Teade
AS Baltika (trading code BLT1T, ISIN code EE3100145616) will close the list of shareholders for the decrease of the share capital (https://cns.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=884745&me ssageId=1113616)on May 24 2019 at the end of the working day of the settlement system. Proceeding from the above, the ex-date for the change of the rights related with the securities is 23 May 2019. The nominal value of AS Baltika shares will be changed from 1 EUR to 0.1 EUR. The share capital of AS Baltika will be decreased by 3,671,536 euros, the new share capital after the decrease of the share capital and the change of the nominal value of the shares is 407,949 euros, divided into 4 079 485 shares with a nominal value of 0.10 EUR per share.
