Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Uppsala kortermaja)

Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluv ettevõte SweNCN AB sõlmis lepingu Rootsi kinnisvaraarendaja OOF Bostad AB alla kuuluva BRF Prefekteniga Uppsalasse Prefektgatan 8 6-korruselise kortermaja ehitamiseks. Kortermaja asub Rosendalis, uues rajatavas elurajoonis Uppsala keskuse lähedal. Majas on kokku 87 ühe- kuni kolmetoalist korterit 5690 m(2) brutopinnal. Lepingu maksumus on 9,4 miljonit eurot, hinnale lisandub käibemaks. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Ukrainas, Soomes ja Rootsis. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2018. aasta konsolideeritud auditeerimata müügitulu oli 223 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligi 690 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud NASDAQ Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas. Construction contract (Uppsala apartment building)

SweNCN AB, a Nordecon Group company, entered into a contract with BRF Prefekten, a group company of the Swedish real estate developer OOF Bostad AB for the construction of a six-storey apartment building in Prefektgatan 8, Uppsala. The apartment building will be situated in Rosendal, a new residential area which is being developed in the vicinity of the centre of Uppsala. The building consists of 87 one- to three-room apartments on the gross area of 5,690 m(2). The value of the contract is 9.4 mEUR plus VAT.
