PRF: Olulise osaluse muudatus

Teade

Lähtudes väärtpaberituru seadusest teatasid AS-i PRFoods nõukogu liikme Harwey
Sawikin'iga seotud äriühingud Firebird Avrora Fund, Ltd ja Firebird Republics
Fund, Ltd AS-ile PRFoods, et seoses aktsiate ostutehingutega 21. detsembril
2018 suurenes Firebird Avrora Fund, Ltd ja Firebird Republics Fund, Ltd osalus
AS-is PRFoods kokku üle 5%. Pärast nimetatud ostutehinguid omasid Firebird
Avrora Fund, Ltd ja Firebird Republics Fund, Ltd kokku 5,11% AS-i PRFoods
hääleõiguslikest aktsiatest. Tänase päeva seisuga omavad nimetatud äirühingud
kokku 5,19% AS-i PRFoods hääleõiguslikest aktsiatest.

PRF: Change in substantial shareholding

Teade

Pursuant to the Securities Market Act, companies related to the supervisory
board member of AS PRFoods Harwey Sawikin - Firebird Avrora Fund, Ltd and
Firebird Republics Fund, Ltd - have informed AS PRFoods that in relation to the
purchases of the shares on the 21th of December 2018 the aggregate holding of
the Firebird Avrora Fund, Ltd and Firebird Republics Fund, Ltd increased over
the 5% threshold of the voting shares in AS PRFoods. After the purchase of the
shares the Firebird Avrora Fund, Ltd and Firebird Republics Fund, Ltd held in
aggregate 5.11% of the total voting shares in AS PRFoods. As of today, the
aggregate holding of the mentioned companies is 5,19% of the total voting shares
in AS PRFoods.
