AS Pro Kapital Grupp teavitab investorkohtumistest

AS Pro Kapital Grupp plaanib vähendada Ettevõtte finantseerimiskulusid ja seeläbi parandada oma finantstulemusi. Varem avaldatud 2017 aasta ja 2018 9 kuu finantstulemuste paranemine ning suure investeerimisprojekti - T1 Mall of Tallinn kaubanduskeskuse - valmimine on loonud selleks soodsa pinnase. Eelnevast lähtuvalt on Ettevõte korraldamas investorkohtumisi 2019 esimeses kvartalis. Pärast investorkohtumisi otsustab Ettevõte parima viisi üle finantskulude vähendamiseks. Ettevõtte 2018 kolmanda kvartali tulemused avaldati 22. novembril 2018 ja neljanda kvartali tulemused avaldatakse 30. jaanuaril 2019. Ettevõtte kvartali ja eelmiste finantsaastate aastaaruanded (aruandlus vastavalt IFRS standarditele) on kättesaadavad Ettevõtte kodulehel: http://www.prokapital.com/financials/?lang=et. AS Pro Kapital Grupp announces investor meetings

AS Pro Kapital Grupp is seeking to reduce Company's finance costs and is currently in the process of assessing options to improve its current financial position. This can be done due to improvement of financial results of 2017 and 9 months of 2018, announced earlier, and completion of a large investment project, T1 Mall of Tallinn shopping mall. Accordingly, the Company has started the process to arrange a series of investor meetings in Q1'2019. Following the investor meetings, the Company will determine the best way for lowering its finance costs. Q3'2018 results of the Company were published on 22 November 2018 and figures for the fourth quarter will be published on 30 January 2019.
