Muudatus kontserni tütarettevõtte juhatuses

Nordecon AS'i 100%'lise tütarettevõtte Tariston AS'i 20.12.2018 toimunud nõukogu koosolekul nimetati alates 07.01.2019 ettevõtte uueks juhatuse liikmeks Argo Kotsar, kes hakkab vastutama Tariston AS'i teedeehituse ning asfaltbetooni tootmise ja paigalduse valdkonna eest. Alates 01.01.2019. a. koondub Nordeconi kontserni rajatiste valdkonna oma jõududega tehtav töö Tariston AS'i kooseisu. Muudatuse eesmärgiks on valdkonna ühtse juhtimise kaudu ressursside efektiivsem kasutus ning ettevõtte konkurentsivõime ja kasumlikkuse tõstmine. Argo Kotsar omab pikaajalist juhtimiskogemust teede- ja taristuehituse valdkonnas, olles töötanud aastatel 2001 - 2011 Nordeconi kontsernis erinevatel teedeehitusega seotud juhtivatel ametikohtadel ning seejärel sektori teistes ettevõtetes, viimati aastatel 2015 - 2018 Viaston Infra OÜ juhatuse liikmena. Ta on õppinud Tallinna Tehnikaülikoolis transpordiehitust ja Estonian Business School`is ettevõtlust ja ärijuhtimist. Argo Kotsar ei oma Nordecon AS'i aktsiaid. Alates 07.01.2019 jätkab Tariston AS'i juhatus kaheliikmelisena: Kaspar Kaldjärv (juhatuse esimees) ja Argo Kotsar (juhatuse liige). Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Ukrainas, Soomes ja Rootsis. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2017. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 231 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligi 700 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud NASDAQ Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas. Change in management board of group subsidiary

Supervisory board of AS Tariston, a 100% subsidiary of Nordecon AS decided on its meeting held on 20 December 2018 to nominate as of 7 January 2019 Argo Kotsar as the new member of the board, responsible for the road construction activities as well as production and installation of asphaltic concrete. Starting from 1 January 2019, the Group's infrastructure operations performed with own resources will be concentrated to Tariston AS. The aim of the change is to increase the efficiency of use of resources and thereby increase competitiveness and profitability of the company through single management. Argo Kotsar has long term experience in management of road and infrastructure construction, having worked in Nordecon Group from 2001 to 2011 on different road construction management positions and subsequently in other companies of the sector, serving most recently from 2015 to 2018 as member of the board of Viaston Infra OÜ. He has studied transportation construction in Tallinn University of Technology and entrepreneurship and business administration in Estonian Business School. Argo Kotsar does not own any shares of Nordecon AS. Starting from 7 January 2019 the management board of AS Tariston will continue with two members - Kaspar Kaldjärv (chairman of the board) and Argo Kotsar (member of the board).
