Olympic Entertainment Group AS (OEG) on saanud Harju Maakohtult Aktsiaseltsi Trigon Asset Management poolt esitatud hagiavalduse 29. juuni 2018 aktsionäride üldkoosoleku otsuste 1-4 tühisuse tuvastamise või alternatiivselt kehtetuks tunnistamise nõudes. OEG leiab, et hagiavalduse nõuded on põhjendamatud ja palub kohtul hagiavalduse rahuldamata jätta. OEG on seisukohal, et üldkoosolekul vastu võetud otsused on seaduslikud ja kehtivad. OEG esitab hagiavaldusele vastuse kohtu poolt määratud tähtajaks. Olympic Entertainment Group AS (OEG) has received the statement of claim filed by Trigon Asset Management from Harju County Court, which seeks to establish the nullity of the resolutions No 1-4 of the 29 June 2018 general meeting of shareholders, or alternatively, to revoke the resolutions. OEG is of the opinion that the requests in the statement of claim are unjustified and OEG is asking the court to refuse to satisfy the claims. OEG finds that the resolutions adopted at the general meeting of OEG are lawful and valid. OEG will file the response to the statement of claim by the deadline fixed by the court.
