Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Valge 16 korterelamu)

AS Nordecon ja Valge 16 OÜ allkirjastasid lepingu korterelamu projekteerimis- ja ehitustöödeks aadressil Valge tn 16, Tallinn. Hoonel on viis maapealset korrust ning üks maa-alune parkimiskorrus. 112 korteriga elamu brutopind on 10 165 m(2). Tööde maksumus on 6,6 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd valmivad 2019. aasta novembris. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Ukrainas, Soomes ja Rootsis. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2017. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 231 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligi 700 inimesele. Construction contract (Valge 16 apartment building)

AS Nordecon and Valge 16 OÜ signed the contract for the design and construction works of an apartment building in Valge 16, Tallinn. The five-storey building with gross space of 10,165 m(2) will accommodate 112 apartments and will also have one additional underground floor for parking. The value of the works is 6.6 million euros, plus VAT. The construction works will be completed by November 2019.
