ASi Merko Ehitus dividendimakse ex-päev on 12.06.2018

AS Merko Ehitus (väärtpaberi lühinimi MRK1T, ISIN kood EE3100098328) fikseerib aktsionäride nimekirja dividendi maksmiseks (https://cns.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=839355&me ssageId=1055437) 13.06.2018 arveldussüsteemi tööpäeva lõpu seisuga. Ülaltoodust lähtudes on väärtpaberitega seotud õiguste muutumise päev (ex-päev) 12.06.2018. Alates sellest kuupäevast ei ole aktsiad omandanud isik õigustatud saama dividende 2017. majandusaasta eest. AS Merko Ehitus maksab dividendi 1,00 eurot aktsia kohta 15.06.2018. Dividend payment ex-date of AS Merko Ehitus is 12.06.2018

?AS Merko Ehitus (trading code MRK1T, ISIN code EE3100098328) will close the list of shareholders for dividend payment (https://cns.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=839355&me ssageId=1055436) on 13.06.2018 at the end of the working day of the settlement system. Proceeding from the above, the ex-date is 12.06.2018. From that date the new owner of the shares is not entitled to dividends for the year 2017. AS Merko Ehitus will pay dividend 1.00 euros per share on 15.06.2018.
