AS-i Pro Kapital Grupp juhatuse esimehe volituste pikendamine

AS Pro Kapital Grupp (edaspidi Pro Kapital) teatab, et Pro Kapitali nõukogu otsustas 23.04.2018 pikendada Pro Kapitali juhatuse esimehe Paolo Vittorio Michelozzi volitusi kuni 31.12.2021. Pikem ametiaeg kui 3 aastat on seaduse ja Ühingu põhikirjaga lubatud ning on tingitud juhatuse esimehe ametiaja kestuse vastavusse viimisest Ühingu majandusaastal seatavate eesmärkide ja vastavate tulemuste hindamisega. Paolo Vittorio Michelozzi on olnud Pro Kapitali juhatuse liige alates 22.11.2001. AS Pro Kapital Grupp juhatus jätkab kolmeliikmelisena (Paolo Vittorio Michelozzi, Allan Remmelkoor ja Edoardo Axel Preatoni). Prolongation of term in office of Chairman of the Management Board of AS Pro Kapital Grupp

AS Pro Kapital Grupp (hereinafter Pro Kapital) informs, that on 23(rd) of April, 2018 the Supervisory Council of Pro Kapital has decided to prolong the term of office of the Chairman of the Management Board of Pro Kapital, Paolo Vittorio Michelozzi, until 31(st) of December, 2021. A longer term than 3 years is allowed by the law and the Articles of Association of the company and is warranted due to alignment of the term of the CEO with setting of annual targets for the company's financial year and corresponding performance assessment. Paolo Vittorio Michelozzi has been the Management Board member of Pro Kapital since 22(nd) of November, 2001. AS Pro Kapital Grupp management board will continue with three members (Paolo Vittorio Michelozzi, Allan Remmelkoor and Edoardo Axel Preatoni).
