OEG asutas äriühingu Itaalias

OEG asutas ja registreeris 19. veebruaril 2018 Itaalias äriühingu Olybet Italia S.r.l., mille aktsiakapital on 10 000 eurot. OEG omab läbi tütarühingu 100% Olybet Italia S.r.l. aktsiatest. Tütarühingu asutamise eesmärgiks on juriidilise platvormi arendamine seoses OEG kontserni tegevuse laiendamisega kaughasartmängude turgudel. Tütarühingu asutamine ei oma otsest mõju OEG kontserni majandustegevusele. OEG juhatuse ja nõukogu liikmed ei ole tütarühingu asutamisest muul viisil isiklikult huvitatud. OEG establishes a company in Italy

On 19 February 2018 OEG established and registered the company Olybet Italia S.r.l. in Italy with share capital of EUR 10,000. OEG owns through a subsidiary 100% of the shares of Olybet Italia S.r.l. The aim of establishing the subsidiary is to develop the legal platform for the expansion of OEG group’s activities in the business of remote gambling. The establishment of this subsidiary has no direct influence on the economic activities of OEG Group. The members of the management and supervisory boards of OEG have no personal interest in the establishment of the subsidiary.
