Ehitusleping Lätis (Alfa kaubanduskeskuse laiendus Riias)

AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv SIA Merks ja SIA „Delta Property ” sõlmisid
ehituslepingu Alfa kaubanduskeskuse laienduseks Riias. 

Tööd hõlmavad kokku ligikaudu 54 tuhande bruto ruutmeetri ehitust, sealhulgas
uute jaekaubanduse pindade, maa-aluse parkla ja uue parkimismaja rajamist ning
samuti mitmeid muid töid kaubanduskeskuse pindadel ja territooriumil. 

Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 34 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks.
Ehitustööd algavad 2017. aasta septembris  ning nende valmimine on planeeritud
2019. aasta juulisse.

Construction contract in Latvia (extension of Alfa Shopping Centre in Riga)

SIA Merks, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has entered into a contract with SIA
“Delta Property”, to perform the construction works at Shopping Center “Alfa”
extension in Riga. 

The scope of works will include around 54 thousand gross square meters of
construction, consisting the new retail premises, underground parking, a new
parking house as well as number of other works at the premises and territory of
the shopping centre. 

The value of the contract is approximately 34 million euros, plus value added
tax. The construction works will start in September 2017 and are scheduled to
complete in July 2019.
