OEG Leedu tütarühingud ühinevad
Teade
OEG Leedu tütarettevõtted, Olympic Casino Group Baltija UAB ja Orakulas UAB sõlmisid 07.06.2017 ühinemislepingu. Ühinemine viiakse lõpule käesoleva aasta jooksul ning selle käigus ühendab Olympic Casino Group Baltija UAB endaga Orakulas UAB. Ühinemise lõppedes jätkab kontsern Leedus kasiinode ja panustamispunktide opereerimist vaid Olympic Casino Group Baltija UAB kaudu. Ühinemise eesmärgiks on kontserni struktuuri korrastamine. Tütarühingute ühinemine ei oma otsest mõju OEG kontserni majandustegevusele. OEG juhatuse ja nõukogu liikmed ei ole tehingust muul viisil isiklikult huvitatud. OEG: The Lithuanian subsidiaries of OEG are merging

The Lithuanian subsidiaries of OEG, Olympic Casino Group Baltija UAB and Orakulas UAB have concluded a merger agreement on 7.06.2017. The merger will be finalised within the current year and during the course of the merger Orakulas UAB will merge with Olympic Casino Group Baltija UAB. After the merger has been completed the group will carry on operating the casinos and betting shops in Lithuania only through Olympic Casino Group Baltija UAB. The aim of the merger is the adjustment of the group’s structure. The merger of the subsidiaries has no direct influence on the economic activities of OEG Group. The members of the management and supervisory boards of OEG have no personal interest in the transaction.
