Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Öpiku maja parkimismaja)
Teade
Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluv ettevõte Nordecon Betoon OÜ sõlmis lepingu
Ülemiste City ärilinnaku arendaja Mainor Ülemiste tütarfirma Öpiku Majad OÜ-ga
428 kohaga parkimismaja ehituseks. Eesti suurima kontorihoone, Öpiku maja
kõrvale kerkiva parkimismaja esimeses etapis laiendatakse ajalooline Dvigateli
tehase tootmishoone 5-korruseliseks ja 14 000 ruutmeetrise pinnaga parklaks.
Lepingu maksumus on 3,995 miljonit eurot, hinnale lisandub käibemaks.
Parkimismaja valmib 2018. aasta suveks.
Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud

Construction contract (Öpik Building parking house)
Teade
Nordecon Betoon OÜ, a Nordecon Group company, entered into a contract with the
Ülemiste City developer’s Mainor Ülemiste subsidiary Öpiku Majad OÜ for the
construction of a parking house with a space for 428 cars. The facility will be
located adjacent to the country’s largest office building, Öpik Building and in
the first phase of the construction a historical Dvigatel production facility
will be enlarged to a five storey 14,000 sqm parking house.
The value of the contract is 3.995 million euros plus value added tax. The
construction works will be completed in summer 2018.
