Ehitusleping Leedus (tööstushoone Klaipedas)

Tallinn, Eesti, 2016-10-28 09:55 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 26. oktoobril 2016 sõlmisid AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv 100%line tütarettevõte UAB Merko Statyba ja UAB Philip Morris Lietuva lepingu Klaipeda tehase rekonstrueerimise ja laiendusega seotud ehitustööde teostamiseks aadressil Vilniuse mnt 16, Klaipeda. Lepingu raames UAB Merko Statyba poolt teostatavad ehitustööd hõlmavad peamiselt olemasoleva tootmishoone ja teenindava laohoone laiendamist. Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 11 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad 2016. aasta novembris ning nende valmimine on planeeritud 2018. aasta jaanuari. Construction contract in Lithuania (industrial building in Klaip?da)

Tallinn, Estonia, 2016-10-28 09:55 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 26th October 2016, UAB Merko Statyba, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has entered into a contract with UAB Philip Morris Lietuva, to perform reconstruction and extension construction works of Klaipeda plant, located at Vilnius plentas 16, Klaipeda. The scope of the construction works to be performed under the contract by UAB Merko Statyba will include mainly the extension of the current production area and the service storage building. The value of the contract is approximately 11 million euros, plus value added tax. The construction works will start in November 2016 and are scheduled to complete in January 2018.
