Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Lutheri mööblivabriku masinasaali renoveerimine)
Teade
Nordecon AS sõlmis lepingu Lutheri Ärimaja OÜ-ga Vana-Lõuna tn 39 asuva
ajaloolise Lutheri mööblivabriku masinasaali renoveerimiseks. Kokku on hoones
pinda ca 7 000 m2, mis renoveeritakse seitsmeteistkümneks büroopinnaks.
Ehitusmaksumus on üle 5 miljoni euro, hinnale lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd
valmivad aprillis 2017.
Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud
hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule.

Construction contract (renovation of the machine room of the Luther Furniture Factory)
Teade
Nordecon AS signed a contract with Lutheri Ärimaja OÜ to renovate the machine
room of the historical Luther Furniture Factory at Vana-Lõuna Str 39, Tallinn.
The total area of the building is ca 7,000 m2, and it will be renovated into
seventeen office premises.
The construction cost will be more than 5 million euros plus VAT. The
costruction works will be completed in April 2017.
