AS PRFoods teeb aktsionäride korralisest üldkoosolekust otseülekande ja vastab täiendavatele küsimustele ülekande ajal veebilahenduse kaudu

Tallinn, Eesti, 2016-05-17 09:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Soovime oma tegevuses olla läbipaistvad, mistõttu teeme aktsionäride korralisest üldkoosolekust otseülekande ning vastame küsimustele ülekande ajal. Aktsionäride üldkoosolek algab 26. mail 2016 algusega kell 10:00 ning aktsionäridel on võimalik üldkoosolekut jälgida veebiülekande vahendusel ja esitada küsimusi reaalajas. Koosolek toimub eesti keeles. Aktsionäride üldkoosoleku päevakord koos nõukogu ettepanekutega aktsionäridele on toodud 3. mail 2016 avalikustatud koosoleku kokkukutsumise teates siin. Otseülekannet viib läbi AS PRFoods juhatuse liige Indrek Kasela, kes jagab infot aktsionäride üldkoosoleku päevakorras olevate punktide kohta ning tutvustab 2015. majandusaasta tulemusi. Küsimused võib saata enne koosoleku toimumist, hiljemalt 24. mai südaööks e-kirja teel [email protected] või koosoleku ülekande ajal veebilahenduse kaudu. Otseülekande jälgimiseks palume registreeruda hiljemalt 24. mai südaööks e-kirja teel [email protected] või läbi registreerimisvormi.Otseülekande kuulamise ja küsimuste esitamise õigus on aktsionäridel, kes on aktsionäride nimekirjas seisuga 18.05.2016 kell 23:59. Registreerumise järgselt saadetakse aktsionärile e-kirja teel juhised otseülekande jälgimiseks ja küsimuste esitamiseks. Aktsionäri õiguste teostamine (st hääletamine) ei ole otseülekande vahendusel võimalik. Aktsionäride üldkoosoleku otseülekanne lindistatakse ning avalikustatakse ettevõtte kodulehel www.prfoods.ee. The general meeting of the shareholders of AS PRFoods will be broadcasted and additional questions will be answered during the broadcast via web solution

Tallinn, Estonia, 2016-05-17 09:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- We are committed to full business transparency and therefore the general meeting of the shareholders will be broadcasted and questions will be answered during the broadcast. The general meeting of shareholders will take place on May 26th2016 at 10 am and shareholders can monitor the meeting via live broadcast and ask questions in real-time. The meeting will be held in Estonian. The agenda for the general meeting of shareholders together with the proposals of the Supervisory Board is available in the announcement to convene the general meeting of the shareholders made on 3rd of May 2016 here. The live broadcast will be hosted by the Member of the Board Indrek Kasela, who will share information in regards to agenda of the general meeting and introduce the results of the company for the year 2015. Shareholders may send their questions before the broadcast until May 24th by 23:59 by email [email protected] or ask questions during the broadcast via web solution. To join the broadcast, please register by 24th May by midnight via email [email protected] or through registration from. The list of shareholders entitled to monitor the meeting via live broadcast and ask questions will be fixed on 18th of May 2016 at 23:59. After registration you will be provided with instructions how to join the broadcast and ask questions during the meeting. Exercising shareholder´s rights (i.e. voting) is not possible via live broadcast. The broadcast of the shareholders meeting will be recorded and will be available online for everyone at the company’s website on www.prfoods.ee.
